We are active real estate buyers in main markets around the country. Most of our deals come directly from real estate agent partners. We are constantly looking to connect with more agents to partner up with and work together. We are interested in long-term relationships of mutual benefit.
We are always looking to reallocate capital into real estate investments opportunities. We keep around 90% of the deals we acquire in our portfolio but we also do fix n flip and sometimes, if we decide not to keep the property we simply assign the deal to one of our associate partners.
